Toby the Dalmatian from COMBE HOUSE Hotel is taking us on another walk to the Bovey River on the edge of Dartmoor. This walk includes an old railway line adjacent to the refreshing river and a walk with lots of other furry friends to get involved with.
The Walk is 2 Miles (1 hour long) and is a relatively easy walk for most people and their beloved poochies.

The Day of the Wedding at Bovey Castle
Check out Katie’s account of second day staying at Bovey Castle for the wedding last Saturday…
After a fabulous night’s sleep in our beautiful room at Bovey Castle we awoke to the sun streaming through the windows. We took a look outside and the sun rising over the golf course was very re-freshing. We grabbed our swimming kit and thought we would head to breakfast followed by a stroll around the grounds and a quick swim before we donned our glad rags for the reason we were all here in this magnificent setting – the wedding!
